How the Learn and Develop Program Works

Step1
One of our professional developers/training specialists meets with you or your group to understand your requirement, resources, release schedule, development tool(s) of choice, and technology.

We work through the planning stage with you, helping your build a development plan that details your Audience Requirements, Recording Specifications, Content Outline, Interactive Flowchart, Storyboard, and publishing settings.

Step3
We help you to write a script for three video tutorials, using professional script templates, action definitions, metadate and review milestones.

Step4
We help you to record your screen recordings based on your recording specifications specific to your product and publishing requirements.

Step5
We help you to record audio from your written script, and edit audio specific to the requirements of your Development Software (Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate).

Step6
We help you to synchronize your screen recordings with audio, ensuring professional quality.

Step7
We help you to publish and distribute your content accoring your audience viewing requirements, and pubishing setting specified in Step 2
