Robohelp Training- Starting a New Project

Before you begin your new project, take a moment to explore your training package. In the package you will see images and multimedia that you will insert into your project later, a completed HTML project that you will recreate on your own, and other documents that you will import and use in your new Help project.

To create a new HTML Help project
1. From the Start menu, select Programs - RoboHelp Office - RoboHelp HTML.
The RoboHelp HTML dialog opens prompting you to open an existing project or create a new one.
2. Select Create a new project and click OK.
The New Project dialog box opens.
3. From the Project type menu, select HTML Help and click Okay.
The New Project Wizard opens.
4. In the Title textbox, enter “In-Class Project”.
5. In the First Topic dialog box, enter “Project”
6. Click Finish.

RoboHelp opens, and you have your first look at the Help authoring environment.
