About our live, instructor-led training courses
Our online courses are delivered by the same professional trainers delivering our classroom training courses. This means that you receive the same professional training that you would in a classroom environment. Our instructors are more than just excellent teachers; they are experienced Content Developers and have extensive hands-on experience using the tools that they train you to use.

Course duration
The length of time it takes to complete a training course depends on the course itself. For example, the Macromedia Captivate training course may be completed in two days, and is divided into two six-hour sessions. The RoboHelp X5 training course may be completed in three days, and is divided into three six-hour sessions. To check the duration of the course you are interested in, see a list of Available Courses and select the course you are interested in. The length of the course is included in the course information.

Course times
Course times are 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM Central. If you require a start time that is one hour earlier or one hour later, just let your instructor know. Each training day is six hours long, and includes a one-hour break for lunch and two fifteen-minute breaks.

Training materials
Pentext provides you with a complete online training package. Packages include a training manual complete with in-class exercises, and all of the files and components that you need to fully understand the course content. The items in your training package vary depending on the course, but may include project examples, audio files, video files, image files, and document files.

After training support
After your training session, Pentext provides six months of live support. You can schedule a support session by emailing your instructor directly, contacting your instructor by telephone, or find immediate support by visiting our web site at www.pentext.com/services and clicking Live Attendant. This links you directly to a Pentext Training Professional who can answer any immediate questions that you may have.
