Storyboarding for Media-based Presentations

This one-day course trains technical communicators on the effective use of multimedia in your technical communication projects. Participants will learn to identify technical components that could benefit from multimedia and understand the best way to include these media presentations in their technical communication projects. Focus is placed on structuring these media components effectively within online help projects, context sensitive help systems and web-based or CD-ROM technical information. Participants will learn techniques on integrating multimedia components into their documentation cycle.
