How we build the perfect MediaTrainer™

Every MediaTrainer™ starts with a good understanding of your audience and product. Our team of technical communication experts takes part in the scriptwriting, storyboarding and instructional design process, using our Natural Training Dialog™ technology. We develop a storyboard and script that engages your customers through a structured interactive dialog that helps them learn in a more effective, visual way.

Once the script and storyboard are in place, you choose the talent. You can use your existing product trainer, browse our extensive library of talent, or request a casting to find the perfect individual to represent your company.

After all video and audio content has been created, we record the components of your software that provide the step-by-step training information. All of the video, audio and software recordings are edited, synchronized and integrated into your own corporately-branded and designed MediaTrainer Interface, structured with your Natural Training Dialog technology™.

Once all testing and revisions are complete, we integrate your MediaTrainer into your software application, website, or product CD.
