Basic Development Steps (Desktop, iPhone, Blackberry, Palm Web OS)

Step1
One of our professional developers discusses your project with you and determines how much you can save by completing some phases of development yourself, with our guidance of course. If you would like us to complete the entire project, we will be happy to do that as well.

We work through the planning stage with you, helping your build a development plan that details your Audience Requirements, Recording Specifications, Content Outline, Interactive Flowchart, Storyboard, and publishing settings.

Step3
We help you to write or write it for you.

Step4
We record your screen recordings based on your recording specifications specific to your product and publishing requirements.

Step5
We record audio from your written script, and edit audio specific to the requirements of your Development Software (Captivate, Camtasia, iSpring).

Step6
We synchronize your screen recordings with audio, ensuring professional quality.

Step7
We help you to publish and distribute your content according to your audience viewing requirements, and pubishing settings. If required, we design and build a delivery interface with interactive menus etc.

Remember all planning documents, templates, source files are yours. We will provide that to you after development for your safe keeping.

After Development Support
Six months of development support is provided at no extra cost. Participants can communicate with their Account Manager to support and help you with any questions that you may have.
